Laura's career at LIONS began as a temporary receptionist, her aim was to save enough money to go traveling and figure out what she wanted to do with her life, but the universe had other plans. Her passion for learning and commitment to creating opportunities for others propelled her forwards, she soon joined the Learning Team, where she led the growth and reinvention of the Young Lions competitions, empowering the next generation of creative talent. 

Laura now serves as the Head of Advancing Equitable Access, leading the See It Be It and LIONS talent programmes both of which are dedicated to fostering diversity and ensuring that everyone has access to the opportunities they need to succeed. Laura embodies the idea that you can get where you want to be through hard work and a commitment to learning. 

As a mother of two, she is deeply motivated by the desire to build a world where everyone, regardless of their background, has the opportunity to thrive. Laura's journey through LIONS is a testament to her belief in the power of access and the importance of creating pathways for all.
